Bliss Beauty Skin Clinic will not sell or disclose the client’s personal information or details to any third party without the customers consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.
Disclaimer & Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to change any of our products and services at any time without any prior warning or notice. We reserve the right to change all treatment, product and service prices at any time without any further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client depending on program, service or product sold to/brought by the individual client based on their personalised needs. Bliss Beauty Skin Clinic occasionally runs promotional prices on certain selected treatment areas at our discretion.
The following terms apply to our limited time offer promotions:
- Promotional prices are only valid for the specified time period of the promotion, if you have been quoted a price during a promotional period and choose not to accept, we reserve the right not to honour that quote once it has expired and no extensions will be granted.
- All of our promotional prices adhere to our terms for cancellation and refunds please read the relevant sections of these terms and conditions.
- Please choose carefully as we do not refund on any products, services or treatment programs purchased, whether at promotional or full rate pricing. Please see section on Refunds for more information.
A 48hr cancellation policy takes effect with every booking made at Bliss Beauty Skin Clinic. A confirmation message will be sent out 60hrs prior to your booking, giving you the opportunity to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment before the 48hr mark. Any cancellations made during the 48hr period will result in loss of deposit. Same day cancellations, failure to show up or late arrivals of 15mins or over, will result in loss of deposit and require full payment of the treatment booked on the day. Please contact Bliss Beauty Skin Clinic immediately if any emergencies or circumstances arise.
Bliss Beauty Skin Clinic has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind. All treatments and services are not transferable to other treatments, other individuals or products.
Zip Pay and AfterPay Payments
ZipPay and Afterpay purchase minimum of $150
At Bliss Beauty Skin Clinic, we reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is deemed to display abusive behaviour, disruptive behaviour, aggression or inappropriate treatment towards any of our staff. We also reserve the right to ask those who display such behaviour to leave our premises at any given time, and involve the Police Force, under Australian Government Law, for protection against such behaviour. Any person under the age of 18 years wishing to book an appointment, will require an adult to attend the appointment to provide written consent before the therapist can perform any treatments. An adult will always have to be present and stay during the duration of the entire treatment.
At Bliss Beauty Skin Clinic, your personal belongings remain solely your responsibility and we kindly ask you to take care of your valuables. We hereby exclude ourselves of any liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced personal items when travelling to and from your appointment and whilst you are in the clinic.
Pregnant or suffer from a condition or illness
Please notify Bliss Beauty Skin Clinic upon booking of any conditions, such as pregnancy, illnesses or medication that may affect your skin, before arriving for your appointment. Some conditions require a medical certificate from your doctor or adjustment of the treatment steps, products or modalities, to safely and properly be performed.
